Highlights
My professional experience in strategy, policy, capacity building, management, entrepreneurship and digitalization, with a special focus on the arts, culture and creative industries, extends beyond 60 countries. My recent professional focus is on environmental sustainability and management in the creative industries.
I meet with artists, cultural professionals and students from around the world (online and offline) to help them to increase their competences, audiences, supporters and financial opportunities. Coming from a family of successful entrepreneurs and passionate educators, I love exploring, sharing, learning and traveling.
I have been permanent and visiting professor in prominent universities and training centers in Europe and Canada and has received a number of distinguished awards, among them: Dragan Klaic European award for excellence in teaching, FULBRIGHT Program, Japan Foundation fellowship, North Atlantic Treaty Organisation post-doctoral award; and scholarship from Webb Memorial Trust, Oxford.
Currently I am a member of UNESCO Expert Facility for the implementation of the 2005 Convention on Cultural Diversity and Director of the MA Program in Management of Performing Arts and Industries at the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts.
In my free time I organise and attend cultural events, I practice yoga, I swim and bike, I enjoy outdoor activities and gardening, and I volunteer occasionally for social causes. I am passionate about music, singing and playing piano. What I treasure the most in my life is my amazing family and my wonderful friends, students and collagues around the world.
