Reinforcing Moldova’s Development Capacities by Strengthening its Cultural Sector
For this project, the European Cultural Foundation teamed up with the Soros Foundation Moldova and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Matra programme) to realise a large-scale capacity-building initiative for Moldova’s cultural sector. The initiative runs for three-and-a-half years, from 2007 to 2010.
This fully collaborative project seeks to professionalise the structures that support cultural life in Moldova, to
improve the management skills of cultural service providers there, and to assist public cultural administrators in planning Moldova’s cultural development locally, inclusively and democratically.
